Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use Spreemix. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

2. Selling Items

When you submit items to sell, you receive a quoted offer based on the item's barcode and stated condition. Quoted values are estimates and are not final until we receive, inspect, and accept your items. We reserve the right to adjust or decline an offer if an item's actual condition differs from what was described, or if the item is ineligible.

You represent that you are the lawful owner of all items you send and have the right to sell them. You agree not to send counterfeit, stolen, or prohibited items.

3. Shipping

We provide a prepaid shipping label for eligible shipments. You are responsible for packaging your items securely and dropping them off with the designated carrier. Risk of loss transfers to Spreemix once the carrier confirms receipt of your package.

4. Payment

After we receive and inspect your items, we will finalize your payout and issue payment through your selected payout method. Payout timelines depend on the method you choose. You are responsible for providing accurate payout details and for any taxes owed on amounts you receive.

5. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to defraud Spreemix, interfering with the Service's operation, or violating any applicable law. We may take any action we deem appropriate to protect the Service and our users.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Spreemix is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
