Offers are estimates until we inspect the item

The price we show when you scan an item is an estimate based on current market data. It is not a final, guaranteed payment. Every offer is confirmed only after the item arrives and we inspect it in person.

Describe condition accurately

When you list an item, choose the condition that honestly matches it. Our estimate assumes the condition you selected. Accurate descriptions keep the process fast and keep your estimate close to what you'll actually be paid.

If an item arrives worse than described

If an item's actual condition is lower than what was listed, we'll re-quote itat the correct condition. You'll see the adjusted amount before anything is finalized, so you always know what you're being paid before the payout is sent. Nothing about a shipment is finalized without showing you the updated number first.

Payout timing

Once your shipment is received and inspected and the amounts are confirmed, we send your payout to the PayPal or Venmo account on your profile. Payouts are typically issued within a few business days of confirmation. The payout method and address are locked to what was on your account when the order was placed, so later profile changes don't redirect an existing order.

Prepaid labels are for approved shipments only

The prepaid shipping label we provide is for the specific items in an approved shipment. Please don't use our labels for anything else. Items sent outside an approved shipment may not be quoted, paid, or returned.

We may decline items

We can decline to buy an item — for example, one with no resale value, one we can't verify, or one that arrives damaged beyond what a condition downgrade covers. If we decline an item, it won't be included in your payout.
